It also makes accessing my computer a breeze when on the road. I can do everything that I would normally do when sitting at my computer but via the internet and I can also print locally to where I am at that moment. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** Occasionally the transfer function locks up or doesn't complete and I have to restart. At one time there seemed to be a button to click to stop this issue, but I don't see that button anymore and this still happens **Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:** If you work remotely and or transfer large files, GoToMyPc is for you. It is so easy to install and use, it really makes life so must easier working remotely. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Access to my computers from outside the office is essential in today's environment and GoToMyPC makes doing this a breeze. Its good to have that way to save on a machine's resources but it looks like I'm in 90's era. The GUI needs to be improvised. Another thing is price that you must compare with Anydesk & Teamviewer. **Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:** It can be integrated with LastPass to manage passwords easily. **What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helps me to cater clients that are not 'technical'. I can take remotely troubleshoot their machines, guide them to perform their duties, control security & collaborate while sitting at home. WFH is another reason to have this software in your bucket. We start working remotely and decided to continue to keep it up. Fast, easy and convenient. Security is very important and GoToMyPC provides it so far. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** Once we had a problem with the connection and the customer service representative could not do anything. I spent a lot of time on the phone, and the waiting time was long. I had to give up and come back to the office the next day. I have used this product to connect to my office server from Arizona, California, and Wisconsin. In the few occasins that I have needed assistance, their customer support was excellent **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** There is nothing that I dislike about this product. We have other people in our office that use it and they have never complained about any feather of it. I can only say that I personally and I speak of the people in my office that there is no downside to using the product. The second complaint is the cost increase a few years back. As per my experience with other remote tools, they sometimes are having trouble with playing sounds. Also better mobile capabilities than TeamViewer. **What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?** I get disconnected every once in a while if I have a bad network. I know it's normal some competitors are like that too, but before I only have mobile data and it sucks. Now, it's all good. **Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:** To put it simply, in my honest words, this does not compare to TeamViewer. Also, this might have changed since I used it or maybe I just couldn't figure it out but there didn't seem to be a full screen option. This is when I use this software the most. Hospital internet can be slow and spotty so I need something that's going to get the job done. This one wasn't it.
