**What do you like best about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

We have not experienced a time when the server or our software is unavailable, making downtime virtually nonexistent.  When help is needed, gotomyerp responds to the support ticket within minutes and usually has it resolved within 30 minutes or less.  If software upgrades/updates or other occurrences require the server to be taken down, those services are performed after hours.

**What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

We have no complaints. Everything works as expected and much better than with our previous hosting provider.  We recently switched to gotomyerp as our Sage software reseller for software support since they always meet our needs.  We had to upgrade to a newer version of our accounting software recently and gotomyerp performed the upgrade.  It was seamless.  I highly recommend gotomyerp!

We are a mid-sized company but have no IT department.  We must oursource those functions.  gotomyerp has filled that role as our cloud hosting provider and software reseller to provide support in both areas.

Just to reiterate (I had 2 recent issues):  Anytime I have needed help or had a simple question, the support personnel have always been very wonderful to assist me.  They are helpful and nice to work with.  They always know what to do to get you back up and working ASAP.

**What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

No dislike about the help I have received with my recent 1099 software issue or the question I had using FileBridge.  Great Experience with both issues.

Hosting our Accounting Software and that is nice to be able to access the program from various locations which makes our team more productive.

**What do you like best about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

There is no interruption of work due to physical server issues since it is hosted in the cloud.  Sage runs 10x faster on gotmyerp than it did on our physical server.  Support was great during setup and quick to resolve any issues we have.

**What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

The printing is limited from when we were using Sage on our local network.  It takes some getting used to, but once everyone adapts, it is worth it for the processing speed we have on the cloud.

**What problems is gotomyerp Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason we moved to the cloud was we have multiple remote workers who would be "kicked out" when our physical servers lost internet connection or power.  Cloud hosting allows these workers to continue working without relying on availability of our physical servers.  It allows for uninterrupted work flow for everyone along with great data back up.  An added bonus was the increase in speed.  Processes and reports are very efficient in Sage now that we are working directly on the cloud.

Depending on the number of users you have some times you get knock out, but you can always go to single mode to stop that.

Hosting and easy acessing to Quickbooks from anywhere. Very easy to use.

It's a very powerful tool, makes inventory management so much easier compared to any other service. Makes invoice management exceptionally easy as well, and starship integration is a plus.

**What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

There's no official MacOS release, and I've been using a workaround that takes a bit longer to load compared to on Windows. I also wish it had a slightly better UI. I also wish the API was a bit more public as I can see our company creating custom solutions at times.

We are solving the issue of backing up all of our invoices and inventory management into the cloud, essentially as a backup and we can work our daily routine without worry that our data is lost.

Customer Service TEAM is the most helpful  team I have worked with in a very long time. Each question is ansered promplty and with ease of understanding. Most other service dept put you on hold or take two days to respond. I get my responses right away.

I do not have a downside for them. Everything is working well

**What do you like best about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

It is very easy to login to the accounting system.  The login process is also secure, so I don't have to worry about unauthorized users accessing the system.  The customer support team is responsive to questions/problems as well as provisioning new users.

**What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?**

Microsoft security updates that occur mid-day break the connection with Sage and disable all of the physical printers.  Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes or so for the system to catch up and reconnect.  In the meantime, I am not able to print or export any data.

**What problems is gotomyerp Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to setup a separate server for the accounting system.  Nor do we need to create a backup system and schedule to ensure our data is protected.  They coordinate with our Sage support team as needed to install any product updates or new licenses/software.

Without a doubt their support is amazing. The program works well majority of the time, but like any hosted platform, there are intermittent connection issues with our Macs. But overall that is of no real concern.

I really can't think of anything. Their support is amazing and makes up for any hurdles or problems we've infrequently encountered. The monitor sizing on laptops vs displays can be tricky for new users to overcome but not impossible or hard.

Not having to use in-house servers has been a game changer for our teams to work remotely more easily with better connections.

I like Quick Books, your backup policy and the support team. They are always very help and have a very fast response.
It is very easy to logon to the app and go to Quick Books.

As far as I can see there are no downside to you product.

Today I had questions about the backup policy which they answered completely but they have help in the past with the app itself and completely did our upgrades. The support team made the whole process very simple. We like to keep it simple and that's exactly what they did.

They have been very responsive and helpful with regard to syncing applications with Quickbooks.

I am of an older generation and from time to time I do enjoy speaking to someone on the phone but have found the Zoho connect and messager to be completely manageable.  Sometimes it just takes a bit longer to go back and forth and share control of the computer and also write on the messenger screen

Eliminates the need to host our own server in house.  We are a small company and we don't have a dedicated IT department that could simply prop up a server nor do we want to be in the business of hosting our own equipment.

seems easy and efficient, this is the only program of this kind ive used but is fairly user-friendly for even old tech-challenged ppl like me. Support staff is great! Manuel is great!

maybe is not very easy to install, installation instruction emails don't seem to follow a path, there were multiple emails for different aspects of sage to run and i can't figure out which is which and how they work togehter.

i don't know. i only use the Sage interface and i don't know waht the cloud does. I juts key in orders and print invoices.

Ease of managing account and adding users & licenses. The interface is mostly intuitive and thing are where I would except them to be.

There are not many, sometimes it is diffult to login to the site

Helping our customer use Quickbooks and Fedex remotely and by employeees who are not always in the same office.

Easy to use,  very minimal issues, and saves having to host in house.

Before going to a cloud based system, our Quickbooks was hosted in house.  THe file was huge and took a long time to backup (daily).

It is a bit of a cumbersome onboarding process, but it is well handled and guided by the support team.

network speed, consolidating remote and office personnel, upgrade/updates is handled by gotomyerp, regular over the weekend after hours maintenance schedule

Is super quick and efficient
They are also continuously running backups to protect our work at all times.

Support is quick to respond and very easy to work with. We have had some unique issues they worked diligently to resolve for us.  We were previously with a different hosting service that did not host another app that we started using. GoToMyERP made the migration process and implementation of the additional app smooth and easy.

The only dislike is there is no phone number to contact to support, but I understand why. They probably wouldn't be as quick to respond if there were a phone number to contact for support.

We have had some unique QB data file issues. GoToMyERP did everything they could to resolve our issues which included referring us to a QB support expert service. GoToMyERP stayed in the loop through the whole process.

What do I like?

Gotomyerp pretty much transformed and helped secure what would be considered the backbone of our company, our ERP software. Putting it into a hosted environment protects and backs up our software and shields it from malware, ransomware, etc.

Simple to understand, and the onboarding process is easy to navigate.  When you have a new program/feature you need to add, it is tested and optimized for your needs.  Consistent support and knowledgeable team.  While they may not be the least expensive, they are a bargain for the quality of the product and service.

Would like to see a 90, 60, and 30-day reminders for contract renewals.  Would want visibility to all my customer's support tickets and replies.  Do not like that I have to request access for customers I bring to hosting, even if they have a direct contract to gotomyerp. It's a bit embarrassing to sell a customer on a hosting company and then turn around and ask the customer to give their permission for your access. I would rather that opt-in for resellers access was default and the opt-out was a selection that the customer was required to make.

gotomyerp's consistent optimization of the server to meet an ERP product requirement saves us a great deal of time and the customer money.  This allows us to focus on the customer's ERP implementation, not their IT infrastructure or having to educate their IT department.
