When help is needed, gotomyerp responds to the support ticket within minutes and usually has it resolved within 30 minutes or less. Sage runs 10x faster on gotmyerp than it did on our physical server. I also wish it had a slightly better UI. The login process is also secure, so I don't have to worry about unauthorized users accessing the system. The customer support team is responsive to questions/problems as well as provisioning new users. **What do you dislike about gotomyerp Cloud Hosting?** Microsoft security updates that occur mid-day break the connection with Sage and disable all of the physical printers. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes or so for the system to catch up and reconnect. Nor do we need to create a backup system and schedule to ensure our data is protected. GoToMyERP did everything they could to resolve our issues which included referring us to a QB support expert service.
