I use GoTo Meeting for web conferences with my work team and love its reliability and connection stability. I appreciate the clear audio and video it provides, which enhances clear communication, even on average or slower internet speeds. It solves traveling issues by eliminating the need for us to all be in one place to discuss important projects, saving time and being efficient in terms of cost. I think GoTo Meeting should improve on the user interface. I sometimes feel it is outdated and less attractive compared to other alternatives. For example, layout controls like camera and mute are not as clear as they should be compared to other alternatives such as Zoom. What I like most about the GoToMeeting software is the ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with colleagues over both the video conferencing and chat functionalities. I also like that this service is available over both a regular web browser and a mobile app, (in addition to a desktop app), which makes it very convenient. Lastly, I enjoy the fact that not too much bandwidth is consumed while using this software, thus preventing a whole lot of buffering and lagging throughout the course of a meeting. Something I can point out as a negative when it comes to this software is the fact that it is a bit more costly, relatively speaking, when taking into account similar services such as Zoom, Webex, etc. When considering the quality of the service, though, the cost factor becomes moot, more or less, making GoToMeeting a quality choice for the everyday video conferencer. Thing that i like most about Go To Meeting is it has consistently maintained its superior video conferencing experience. It requires minimal training to start using it, meetings that require video facility and we require it all the time, Go To is perfect solution for sure, we've got it integrated with our Microsoft calendar to avoid overlapped meetings. First, its ease of use; you can manage it yourself, without needing a moderator. If you work with a sizable audience (around 25 people), it's perfect. It's secure for recording sessions. I appreciate the hefty security features and additional features of GoTo Meeting. It has fewer bugs and more uptime compared to Zoom, which is critical for handling calls of a completely confidential and sensitive nature. I often work with overseas clients who are concerned about security, and GoTo Meeting gives me confidence in that area. During COVID, I found it to be ten times more reliable.
