**What do you like best about goTom?**

the structure of gotom is simple and easy to use, the gotom contains not only a booking system but also its own CRM, the task functions are very helpful and important for everyday, the statistics function is also an important component and very helpful, gotom is a complete solution tool, I can recommend the system to anyone who needs an order management system in digital business, through the statistics function in gotom I also learned some new applications and functions in Excel

**What do you dislike about goTom?**

the customer data is not clear, that means: you dont see more information like address when selecting in campaigns or in the customer search, the costs are relatively high, everything which one must have additionally in the tool one pays after expenditure, that is basically completely clear however nevertheless the costs for my opinion are for service which should be furnished high

**Recommendations to others considering goTom:**

the system is easy to use, includes many additional functions, has a good service, answers questions quickly and helps in case of problems, i recommend to thte whole business in the online, mobile or digital area.

**What problems is goTom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve business processes like the whole booking process, we solve the IT problem of the interface to our conventional systems. gotom was actually the solution for all problems, so that we could start our business with a booking system at all, the settlement procedure in the partner contracts is currently not yet possible with the gotom, so it does not cover this business problem
