What do you like best about GoTo Webinar?

What is most helpful about using Go to Webinar is that everything just works. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive - Not only can I ask my registrants custom questions, but I can set up automated follow-up emails, edit my recordings before posting a link, track registrants based on a source code, download multiple types of reports, and I've never had a glitch during a live event. There is so much to love about this platform that I could list off another 5-10 features that are just so helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?

I cannot think of a downside as it relates to using Go to Webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Go to Webinar allows me to mute my audience and give me the upper hand as it relates to responding to attendee questions during the live event. Additionally, the recordings are housed directly within the platform which means I do not need to export them and manage their storage individually. Everything I need to access is available within 1 portal. Additionally, I enjoy having the ability to quickly survey my attendees - getting immediate feedback once the event is over is invaluable. If I'd have to manage this on my own, I'm really not sure how this would be executed since we don't have an easy way of doing this on our own. Additionally, the built-in follow-up emails are great. I can easily insert my copy and simply set the timing for each follow-up email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Webinar?

GoTo Webinar is one of the best and fastest tools to host corporate webinars. Creating a webinar is extremely simple and the customization options are great. GoTo Webinar also integrates seamlessly with CRM tools like HubSpot where webinar registrants and attendees can be synced. We host at least two webinars each month and the registrants are mostly B2B customers and prospects. GoTo Webinar helps us from scheduling and hosting webinars to managing registrants and attendees, all in one platform. What do you like best about GoTo Webinar?

With GoTo Webinar, we can schedule live events for our prospective customers and conduct events with easy-to-use software which also allows us to take up questions from viewers. We can also keep track of how many internal and external viewers are attending the live event and monitor engagement.

What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?

The UI is dated and all the buttons are vertically stacked on each other which can make the live event difficult if we need to constantly switch between screen sharing and webcam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a software product company in the helpdesk niche and we regularly conduct technical and marketing webinars for our present and prospective customers. The technical webinars are conducted by me and my team and we often need to switch between screen sharing and webcam. With GoTo Webinar we can present our product easily especially lag-free, which is very important to present a good experience for the viewer so they can understand our product better and later decide to buy it. What do you like best about GoTo Webinar?

Very good HubSpot integration; you can even integrate the forms in landing pages.

However, the flaws of this platform are much more significant than a good integration with Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?

Everything else. When you are looking for a webinar platform, GoTo looks very good; great reviews, many installs, and the website looks great... It was not what I expected at all.

For starters, it is not usable in the browser, you have to download the software, and it looks from the 2000s, not very user-friendly at all. To set up a different background for your camera, you should download another software, but that's not all; you should pay $45 to use it! Just for a background.

The attendees can not participate in the chat.

It is not compatible with different devices and operating systems. I knew it was not compatible for my laptop (I was the organizer), lucky enough I could find a new one. However, one of the panelists in my webinar, who had a compatible laptop, couldn't even participate...

In general terrible user experience.

On the support side, if you pay monthly instead of annually, the only way you have to contact support is by calling a number (coincidence, the free toll number didn't work? just the paid number). The answers I would get were not very solutions driven. Ultimately, they gave me an email address, but I still would get "no-reply" emails back... At least the email answers were better. We needed a webinar platform that had good integration with Hubspot. That they have. The rest of the product and experience was very bad.
