What I like most about GoTo Meeting is the simplicity of using the app. I'm able to see all of the recent calls that I've made along with anyone that I may call on my team, and I can see if they're available. Recently, I've just switched laptops. And I would say that the sound is very off. It's just a little shaky and choppy when I do talk over the phone. I'm not sure if it's a laptop issue or if it's a GoTo Meeting issue. But, I seemingly only have that problem on GoTo Meeting, not in any other meetings. The initial setup was quite hard, but that was more so due to the fact that I was not given directions on how to set it up or the directions were just very vague, which made it a bit harder. GoTo Meeting is a pretty solid system, but it does have some detriments. What we loved about this platform is how easy it is to hosting a virtual meeting session, anyone has the option to create it, just select the conference room type, add the date and time for the session, and invite participant to into the room. We use it for 2-3 session everyday to connect with customer for product description and to teach them how to use it directly. My complaint with this platform is with their software integration operation is really hard. No option is available to connect with cloud storage software which is very important to share document with participant. Implementation for this software is easy, unfortunately to connect with third-party software is not happening. Customer support also isn't very helpful to get a quick respond to fixing problem, it takes them 2-3 working days to reply for support ticket and we have to waiting for their respond before able to use the software back.
