The biggest downside to GTM is the dial-in functionality. You can't enter in your access code while on speaker phone. The system is too sensitive and picks up too much background noise and then thinks you inputted the wrong code. Then, if you enter the "wrong" code two times it kicks you out completely and you have to dial back in. So this really isn't a good solution for people trying to dial in from their car! Phone connection and audio is poor, also if they have an access code they can join the line at any time (for example, if someone has a calendar invite with my access code for a call in an hour, they can join now and listen in without me being able to block them). gotomeeting was a ground breaking technology, the screen sharing features are rich, it is easy for people to join the audio of a call either by dialling in or using their pc audio and the interface is well organised Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had many many issues. Clients could not hear me. I could not hear them. They would have to leave the meeting and sign back in all the time.
