"More Great Option Than GoToMeeting"

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

The software was a delight for use in the initial but on a long run I started having some technical issues with my communication.

It uses up great data when using it for video conferencing.

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I love the transcription and recording feature on GoTo Meeting. It makes it easy to review notes from a call after you hit record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I find that I often have bugs with the software. I also wish that more lines could be used at one time as I'm often needing to share my bridge. Additional issues are finding recordings if you are not the owner of the call. Very difficult to find and track down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a big feature set that should meet your needs. Ability to call in via phone is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too much ochestration around a simple thing. Need to install extensions and apps to get it to work. Once you're in, you'll need to go through a setup, and so on. The UI/UX feels enterprisy and old. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not a great alternative"

What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

The audio quality is certainly better than other services, and the ease of use is definitely where the service shines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I've experienced more bugs on join.me than any other service, and unfortunately that leads to me being unable to comfortably recommend using it. Sometimes I cannot hear others, other times their screen is just totally black. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GoTo Meeting:

Once the bugs get ironed out, I can safely recommend this service as the equipment it provides is more than enough to help your organization. If that isn't the case, I'd recommend to use an alternative such as Skype instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
