"Reliable, Easy Setup, and Helpful Support"
4/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

It is quite reliable and easy to easy. I did not have to do a lot of configs to use it. It is like within no time one can use it.

The support experience is also good. I wanted to check a few of features and I referred documentation and the general product experience make it relatively easy to resolve common questions without requiring extensive technical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

Performance is generally reliable, but one day when I was in meeting several participants were sharing video or screens simultaneously and it got into some technical issue and We had to reschedule it.

Pricing can a bit cheaper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Meetings, Room for Chat Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I like that GoTo Meeting allows us to schedule meetings and invite people via email, which is really handy for coordinating with our team and clients. The integration with Outlook is important for us, as it saves time by automatically sending meeting invites to our calendar, which means we don't have to create them again and do things twice. Also, the initial setup of GoTo Meeting was easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

The chat feature on GoTo Meeting is not as good as other companies. We like the chat and app features of Zoom better for non-meeting chat conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Implement, Efficient Phone Service with Seamless iOS/Android Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

It’s easy to implement and very efficient, especially for phone service. It works well with my computer’s operating system and integrates seamlessly with iOS and Android mobile apps. Setup is straightforward, and the price feels affordable—especially since a physical phone is no longer necessary. The provider’s technical support isn’t quite what I’d like, although I haven’t really needed it because the system is very intuitive. I still need to learn more about its AI functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

To date, I haven't found any issues with the solution. My only problem is that I can't generate call reports for specific extension groups in a particular format, but I understand that's because I don't have the necessary permissions. The solution can do it, but I haven't been given granular permission to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Rewards, Nothing to Dislike"
5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

Here's a concise, professional response you can use:

> One of the newer features I appreciate in GoTo Meeting is its AI-powered meeting capabilities, such as automatic meeting summaries and transcription, which make it easier to review discussions and capture action items. I also like the improved noise cancellation, enhanced security features, and seamless integrations with productivity tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. These enhancements save time, improve collaboration, and make virtual meetings more productive for remote and hybrid teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

Here's a balanced and professional response:

> GoTo Meeting is a reliable platform, but there are a few areas where it could improve. The user interface could be made more modern and intuitive, especially for first-time users. Some advanced collaboration features are limited to higher-priced plans, so offering more value in lower-tier subscriptions would be beneficial. It would also help to provide more customization options for meeting layouts, virtual backgrounds, and participant engagement tools. Finally, further optimization for low-bandwidth connections would improve the experience for users with unstable internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

GoTo Meeting is easy to use and dependable overall, but I do sometimes notice a slight delay when switching presenters or sharing screens. It doesn’t happen very often, yet addressing it would make meetings feel even smoother and more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manages Remote Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I mainly use GoTo Meeting for team meetings and online discussions. It's an easy way to share my screen and stay connected with coworkers when we're not in the same office. It solves the challenge of remote communication by making meetings simple and reliable. What I like most is how easy it is to join and host meetings. The video and audio quality are reliable, screen sharing works smoothly, and the interface is simple enough that anyone can use it without much setup. The initial setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes. Everything was easy to configure, and I was able to start hosting meetings right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

The platform works well overall, but I think the interface could be a bit more modern and some settings could be easier to find. Occasionally, it takes a little longer to connect to meetings than I'd expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Meetings, But Video Quality Could Improve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I like that GoTo Meeting allows more clients to join meetings compared to Zoom. It helps me to share my screen with my clients, which is super convenient. I also enjoy using it for video meetings and talking to my relatives and friends when necessary. The easy initial setup was a plus, and I find it suits my company's small team size of about five people perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

The video quality is kind of fine, but it doesn't need improvement since as long as we can see what we're talking about, it's very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Cost-Efficient with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I use GoTo Meeting for web conferences with my work team and love its reliability and connection stability. I appreciate the clear audio and video it provides, which enhances clear communication, even on average or slower internet speeds. It solves traveling issues by eliminating the need for us to all be in one place to discuss important projects, saving time and being efficient in terms of cost. The initial setup was straightforward, as all that was needed was to download the app, sign up or sign in, and join meetings, which didn't require much time or technical guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I think GoTo Meeting should improve on the user interface. I sometimes feel it is outdated and less attractive compared to other alternatives. For example, layout controls like camera and mute are not as clear as they should be compared to other alternatives such as Zoom. The icons look outdated, so generally, I think the user interface should be made clearer and more user-friendly in that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Software for Video Collaboration!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

What I like most about the GoToMeeting software is the ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with colleagues over both the video conferencing and chat functionalities. I also like that this service is available over both a regular web browser and a mobile app, (in addition to a desktop app), which makes it very convenient. Lastly, I enjoy the fact that not too much bandwidth is consumed while using this software, thus preventing a whole lot of buffering and lagging throughout the course of a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

Something I can point out as a negative when it comes to this software is the fact that it is a bit more costly, relatively speaking, when taking into account similar services such as Zoom, Webex, etc. When considering the quality of the service, though, the cost factor becomes moot, more or less, making GoToMeeting a quality choice for the everyday video conferencer. Anything relating to the functionality of the software has worked wonderfully for me, which is what I find most important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
