"Connection is amazing, but lacks stability"

What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

The connection to my work computer from home is amazing. It allows for a streamlined connection to my drives that are only accessible at work. It has been awesome to be home during the COVID pandemic and still be able to work. I feel confident that I can work anywhere at anytime, even if I end up sick. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Pro?

Connection stability needs to be worked on. At least once a week, usually Wednesday mornings, I get kicked out of my work computer and LogMeIn and have to re-log in several times before the stability returns. This is the most frustrating part of LogMeIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Pro:

I would recommend this project if you are a light user with documents at your place of work. Unfortunately some of our project managers are unable to use this system due to the size of the drawings they need to download. They use a separate system to access those large drawings. Everyone else in the office, the administrators, accounting department and human resources use their own LogMeIn account. What problems is LogMeIn Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Payroll and Human Resources Administrator, it has allowed me to continue to complete payroll each week with little issues. It has helped me to better streamline my position and be able to allocate my time better. It has also shown me where the missing gaps are at work. What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

Being allowed to access everything on my computer at the office even though I am far away. I can accomplish everything I normally would at the office in Pennsylvania from my home in Florida. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Pro?

The only thing I dislike (and this may not be a LogMeIn problem) is when I log in with my CapsLock on some applications see my keyboard in a normal state - reversed from what it actually is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work from home completing the tasks that I normally would have done from the office. I recently move to Florida before COVID-19 and the quarantine, and have been using LogMeIn to complete my job without being in the office. "Logmein Pro has greatly helped during COVID"

What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

Instantly connects to my office computer. This gives me access to all of my documents that I can change or correct or print. I can also log into the office billing software and complete any work that I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Pro?

Sometimes when I access my office computer it seems slow or sluggish - this may not be because of Logmein but due to my office computer. Not really sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would highly recommend giving it a try. It has really helped to be able to access my office computer during this lock down of COVID-19 but I have also accessed the computer prior to this just because I did not want to stay late and could do the work from home! What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

With Logmein Pro, I can easily access my work computer from home and be just as productive as sitting in my office (maybe even more!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very rarely I have needed to re-boot my office computer remotely due to a screen lock up. To be honest, I'm not sure that this is caused by Logmein or other programs I'm running but a remote reboot seems to fix the issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So Easy to Work With"

What do you like best about LogMeIn Pro?

Once the client is installed on your machine it's always active in the tray to be accessed with just a click and you can get in without needing your password every time. Hope to renew for a reasonable price each year. Made working from home seamless during quarantine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
