The fact they kept charging us two years in a row by ACH debit after we had canceled our account. Not only that, but they send out an invoice with an email ar.us@logmein.com that they later claim is not one they use (but its on all the invoices they sent), and on the invoice, indicated we could pay by check or send wire / ACH to their account listed, but nowhere did they indicate they were going to withdraw the money by ACH. After the withdrawal they also did not send a receipt or a copy of the transaction (which is required by law). Clearly, they are intentionally misrepresenting and doing this knowingly.
