GotItDesk is an AI receptionist for appointment businesses: detailing and ceramic coating shops, auto repair, salons, groomers, vets, home services and leasing offices. You keep your number. When nobody picks up, the call forwards to your GotItDesk number. It answers in a natural voice, says it's a virtual assistant, quotes from your own price list and books into its calendar or your Google Calendar or Outlook, keeping your busy times free. You get an email for every booking, change and message, and the app shows every call to read back. Callers who ask for a person are put through to the numbers you choose, or it takes a message. The same receptionist can chat on your website. Setup takes about ten minutes: paste your website and it suggests your hours, services and prices, then you make a test call before any customer reaches it.
