GoTenix is a PSA for MSPs. It puts the service desk, time and billing in one place. A client portal is there too. RMM is built in. So every ticket already knows the device. Elise is the AI helper inside. She answers from your own tickets and client records. She sends new tickets to the right tech and says why. She writes replies in your tech's voice. Elise is included. You use your own AI account and pay it directly. We add nothing on top. Each MSP gets its own private copy of GoTenix. Your own instance is ready in about 2 to 3 minutes. It costs $149 per tech per month at launch. The regular price is $199. There is no minimum. Try it free for 14 days. No credit card. No meeting. Full data export, anytime. You're never locked in. GoTenix runs live MSPs in production today.
