Gotalk also helps to record messages for staff that are disabled and have no voice, and it doesn't lag or hang when doing these tasks. The initial setup was quite easy too and only took me 2-3 minutes. **What do you dislike about Gotalk?** I would like to see improvement in integration with devices, price, and customization features. Sometimes it's unable to integrate with devices and also doesn't work with the browser sometimes. The price or cost of usage or subscription is high, and many other customization options are not available. **What problems is Gotalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gotalk helps me communicate with ease using text to speech.
