Got2 is an all-in-one, cloud-based practice management and EHR platform built for independent optometry practices and optical stores. It brings scheduling, patient exams, optical sales, insurance billing, inventory, and patient communication into one system, so practices can stop juggling separate tools. Key features include online scheduling with waitlist, urgent flags, and a self check-in kiosk; an optometry EHR with structured exam workflows and AI Scribe; point of sale with good/better/best eyewear package quoting; frame inventory management with turn-rate and reorder tracking; insurance and revenue cycle management; integrated card payments (Datacap, Stripe, Authorize.Net, FSA/HSA), text-to-pay and payment plans; patient recall, family recall, review requests, and marketing texts and emails; eFax, interoffice chat, employee time clock, and a practice website with hosting. Multi-location support is included at no extra cost. Got2 offers a Free plan plus Plus and Pro tiers, with free data migration, setup, and training for practices switching from systems like OfficeMate, Eyefinity, Crystal PM, MaximEyes, and others.
