This is unlike many of their competitors who will give you access to plethora of information but offer no assistance in learning it. They also offer a free course that allows people to see how their system works. **What do you dislike about GoSkills?** The only thing I disliked about their platform is the lack of networking courses. I have a toddler at home, and trust me; bite-sized has to work for me. The mix of video training, hard copy download training info with solutions to learnings, and a quiz check is a proven solid way to learn. The GoSkills interface allows that quick flashcard style to learn and retain. **What do you dislike about GoSkills?** Look, you can't just say 'hay five-star review' hi-five emoji and walk away! I have spent the time on the site now in the course of time working through the courses that interest me. I spotted an error the GoSkills support team was on it, resolved. I retook the section. To be fair, it was a new course. However, I liked the fact it was not perfect, and it was resolved. Life is just like this, problem, resolve and move on. I would be more disappointed if I found an issue that was not resolved, and I gave seven stars for the review. I liked the fact a business support team took ownership, resolved within hrs, asked me to test again, and I was on track. I can confirm that all the other courses I have taken are faultless. **What problems is GoSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?** The single minor issue I found was dealt with quickly, without excuse. I was informed and retook the section quickly. The benefit was that GoSkills proved to me that the hard-earned money that I spent on the year's subscription was taken seriously. It left me feeling I was being taken seriously as a customer. I have tried three other platforms in the last few months, admittedly much more prominent. However, GoSkills is growing its courses portfolio quickly, and its interface is streamlined. It's targeted at professional learning at all stages in bite-sized sessions. You can gorge for hours or just drop in and pick up quickly on the training plan you have put together. ### 11. It would be helpful if there were some automated prompts to highlight features such as the notes and how it creates a clickable timestamps to return to. This feature is amazing but I stumbled upon it after completing courses. But all-in-all, this is a stellar service! **Recommendations to others considering GoSkills:** Try using the Add Note feature. It links to the timestamp in case you want to go back. Check out the Resources Tab when you get the results of a search.Super helpful! I highly recommend going in order and completing the courses in addition to skippingbatound for focused videos.
