# Will Gorilla Desk develop an automated routing function where it can add new clients to existing routes based on service and geography? A large challenge we have is adding new clients to a service route based on geography. We have instances where technicians go into the same neighborhood multiple times in the same week. This causes frustration for the technician and is not efficient. When we add a new client to the system the person adding the client must manually search the map and calendar and do their best at finding which day to add the new client based on geography. The larger our database becomes the more time consuming and difficult this task is becoming. It would be nice to be able to: 1. Add a client, 2. Assign a service 3.
