I've been a Gorilla user and subscription admin for over 4 years (if not longer), and Gorilla is one of our most used tools for research. Gorilla Experiment Builder is a comprehensive platform that offers a professional and user-friendly interface, along with intuitive tools for creating behavioural experiments and surveys in one platform. The platform also provides excellent support from the team and comprehensive documentation. **What do you dislike about Gorilla Experiment Builder?** Gorilla falls short of the lack of user management tools for administrators. I have recently raised this issue on Gorilla's Roadmap (https://app.gorilla.sc/roadmap/). The roadmap is an excellent channel of communication to request features you'd like to see in Gorilla and vote on other users' suggestions, in my experience the Gorilla Devs have always responded to my suggestions. **What problems is Gorilla Experiment Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gorilla offers an accessible cloud-based, no-code solution to conduct online research, which has significantly lowered the barrier to entry for conducting sophisticated behavioral studies, allowing a wider range of researchers, to engage in experimental research without the need for extensive programming knowledge. ### 2. The range of functionality is astounding, and constantly broadening. I've reguarly used Gorilla for years and will continue to do so. The customer support is fantastic - honest, helpful, and quick, offering wrap around care. **What do you dislike about Gorilla Experiment Builder?** Small things, nothing that prevents return use. The data outputs can be excessive and require pre-processing/reformatting before they're useble/integratable into the next steps (i.e. analysis). More flexibility on structure of the output would be good. **What problems is Gorilla Experiment Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gorilla is getting better and better. As an original user of TB1 I was worried about needing to start using TB2 but it is a marked improvement in terms of its functionality and how far you are able to customise every component. It integrates well with recrruitment platforms where my experiments are hosted. Overall, Gorilla allows me to quickly design complex experiments easily, preview/proof them via shareable links, and then collect data via recruitment platforms. Gorilla will always be my first stop for designing an experiment. ### 3. The integrated and cohesive nature makes the whole experience straightforward from start to finish. The ability to create most appropriate experimental paradigms within a few clicks however doesn't preclude the possibilty of developing experiments of arbitrary complexity; Gorilla is the tool whether you are just starting out, or a seasoned behavioural experimental developer. **What do you dislike about Gorilla Experiment Builder?** Mostly what I particularly dislike about Gorilla is the difficulty in finding problems with it. That can be a hard task... **What problems is Gorilla Experiment Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** The notion of creating behavioural experiments, online deployment, managing appropriate use and obtaining meaningful data is particularly daunting for students without extensive prior experience in the area. The intuitive, logical and cohesive nature of Gorilla ensures those new to running behavioural experiments can proceed without the barriers of learning complicated and unnecessary practices, allowing the focus to be on the behvioural principles under investigation, just as it should be. ### 5. It is easy to set-up a task for participants to complete at home over the internet. I can use it to collect useful behavioural data from participants across the UK - it links easily with other platforms like Prolific or SONA - I recently launched a study, went to lunch and came back to 400 participant responses. **What do you dislike about Gorilla Experiment Builder?** There is not much about Gorilla that doesn't work for me.
