Occasionally small changes like card merges and additions don't show up unless a refresh is initiated. An unaware user may attempt the action multiple times and mistakenly create duplicate records. Have only witnessed this a few times though.

I love that I can create as many boards as I like and access them directly from a dashboard. I'm in love with the Happiness Index that I utilize in every single retrospective that I have with my teams. There's not much I dislike about the tool. I find that I can easily change the order of the columns on my retro boards but that sometimes they don't stick when I revisit at a later time. That's my only complaint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
