Small business here! I was looking for a way, that fit within our limited budget, to streamline the booking and scheduling process for clients. I needed eliminate some issues we have had in the past with clients forgetting about their appointments, me typing in an address or phone number incorrectly, and the occasional double booking. This handy service has eliminated that, and so far our clients love the ability to receive texts and/or emails for scheduling. There are a few things that I would like the option to alter 1)Setting available appointment times and not allowing the schedule automatically roll over from week to week. 2) I don't want clients to have. the option to book multiple appointments - eliminate the "make another appointment" option. 3) The link sent to customers stays active indefinitely- as far as I can tell. Once they have booked and appointment, I would like an option for them to receive a message saying something along the lines of response already received - or form cannot be submitted again.
