Also wish there was a higher word count for auto messages. **What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have to remind clients about their appointments manually the day of their appointment and that took forever. Now we can just plug their appointment in and they get multiple reminders and we don't have to scour the calendar each day! The calendar is straightforward as well although this is where the quirks come up **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** Many times I have put a repeat client into the calendar, and despite selecting the appointment to repeat every 2 weeks, it would not. Or it would repeat once, then stop. After my first month I discovered many appointments had simply disappeared from the calendar, so now I keep and eye on it, not sure what that was about. I just need it to send appointment reminders to clients, so when the appointments are in the schedule it does a good job of that. The babysitting is a little annoying. **What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoReminders is sending appointment reminders to clients the day before their appointment so I do not have to remember to text them. ### 4. We had 3 people quit. When we tried to delete them, everyone’s schedule changed color. We fixed this by making three blank people but I would be nice not to have to scroll past the blanks to get to yours when booking. I set the musicians up as "customers" in the app, and all musicians receive texts about upcoming gigs to confirm or reschedule. I also have it set to remind them 24 hours before to eliminate no-shows, double-booking, etc. It has been a great tool to help manage dozens of gigs! It's also been handy to set everything up on the computer, but I also adjust gigs/appts. right on my phone in the app, which is very user friendly. Another thing I appreciate is the customer support! **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** I wish there was an option to send one text to each musician/customer that included ALL of their dates for the month--instead of several individual texts. Of course, there are upsides to the individual texts, but I would love to see an option to click on a musician/customer and send them one, weekly reminder text of all upcoming gigs. **What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoReminders is sending out mulitple reminders to musicians who have several bookings each week and month. Having the ability to create groups is great. The Calendar is particularly phenomenal, and works very well with what we do. **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** I do not particularly like how short the messages are, and that we can't add any media to it, like a picture. It would be beneficial for our organization to be able to send via blasts a particular flier or even advertisement, especiallt since you have such limited characters on the message space. I would also like to be able to add people to a Group directly, particularly a new customer, without having to utilize the Add a Customer Tab because it creates an extra step that could be avoided. Sometimes the Search a Group tab while sending a blasts doesn't show All the options, especially if you have similar group names with 2-3 distinctions. Additonally, it would be great to have a link option for blasts or calendars. I have been able to minimize cancellation thanks to the reply back option. It is also quite easy to use and has so much potential. Customer support is always available and have asnwered countless questions promtply and have always solved any challenges I encounter with using the product. **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** I'm probably being nit picky, but I wish you could pick specific colours for each team member. The app automatically picks colours but they are just different shades of the same colours and it's very hard to differentiate. I use the service, however all my employees use another because it would cost me 5x as much due to the limitations placed on monthly # of appointments.
