**What do you like best about goPuff?**

Delivery is extremely fast and there is a large range of products.

**What do you dislike about goPuff?**

Prices are very high and have gotten higher since goPuff's start.

**What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any sort of late night cravings or needs can be satisfied by goPuff. You can also purchase small quantity items like a single bag of chips, etc. Customer problem that it solves is primarily if you forgot to buy something or ran out of something you need.

It has the snacks and candy that doordash and ubereats dont have sometimes.

**What do you dislike about goPuff?**

It isn't available in some areas still and they will replace your order items sometimes.

**What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the late night cravings but is tough on the wallet.

They literally deliver within minutes and at any time of day

**What do you dislike about goPuff?**

Most of the items are overpriced as compared to normal grocery store items

**What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s quick and best to use when you urgently need some items.

Ability to get things like alcohol form stores

**What do you dislike about goPuff?**

The slow delivery, it took too long between placement and recieveing the items i had ordered. 

**Recommendations to others considering goPuff:**

Make sure you have enough time to use it.

**What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery of groceries/items. Not having to leave to go get these.
