Similar selection to competitors, however I switched over to Gooten because the prices were slightly lower, and there is no money subscription fee. I mostly sell stickers, so I can't necessarily comment on all the other products, but for my business, I have found Gooten to have the best prices and the quality I need for the type of stickers I am selling. The only things I wish I could change is the prices are higher than I would prefer, and it can be difficult to get the margins I want. I can outsource most of my product manufacturing to Gooten so I can spend more time designing new product, and creating listings, and less time packaging and shipping products. The downside is right now they took away traditional stretch canvas, and now they're only offering canvas wraps which do not offer as many size options. The traditional stretch canvases has been my best selling item with Gooten since I started and it's now it's no longer available. I like all the products offered and the price point. I chose to use Gooten because of their partnership with FujiFilm as I'm an artist who wanted to insure high-quality prints. Gooten has excellent customer service, which is a must for me as a business owner. If my customers have issues, I need to know that I can get in touch about an order right away. I love the way I can count on the Gooten shipping support - Aleksander & Andres - to take charge when the shipping on an order goes awry. They have always treated me fairly in this regard and issue reprints and reship (which btw happen a lot faster than regular orders). It's saved my relationships with customers every time. I also dislike the high shipping costs to Canada (and possibly the US) for Glass Framed Art as compared with Canvas Framed. Shipping to Canada for these products costs as much as the products themselves. Way too high. Otherwise, their shipping costs are pretty reasonable and have come down a lot from when they launched. I have been a customer of Gooten's since the very earliest days and I choose well. Out of all the POD companies, Gooten is the only one I use and when I look elsewhere I don't find what I get at Gooten Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Easy to follow directions for product setup, and just push a button to post to Etsy. Order processing was automatic, I did not have to do anything further for the order to be fufilled. Staff helped me set up the retail forms I had to file, when my first attempt didn't work. Added: Months later, the service has been very reliable, BUT there was now a product hub failure (that is the place to access and add listings) with etsy. My existing etsy listings were still working flawlessly, I just couldn't add new products. Support was helpful and responsive, and asked for details to send to the tech team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Gooten? I did have to adjust the shipping charge as posted to Etsy, as they did not use the charge specific for that product. As it is, etsy pushes for us to offer 'free' shipping, so I have to fold the shipping into the product price anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I was only offering digital versions of my art, now I can offer finished prints, mugs, etc. I'm also expanding to offering non-custom themed art.
