They offer a great interface and unique products, way more than other POD providers. The best part is the high level of customer service you get via their team. I really wish it could accept vector formats such as EPS, AI, or SVG. It makes artwork more reusable and you don't have to worry about quality in the print being due to artwork. I love Gooten because they encourage genuine honest reviews on many platforms. I also love the drop shipping capabilities they offer to make starting an Etsy business super easy! Additionally, I wish that you could Sample the products prior for a lower cost. These are all very minor issues so I am not too concerned. A lot of times when YouTube influencers or social media accounts recommend a certain app, they are either part of their affiliate program or or are paid directly from them as a sponsorship I love that Gooten encourages real honest reviews.
