Goose is a next-generation pet care operating system designed to boost customer satisfaction and revenue. We thoughtfully built our software from the ground up for multi-service facilities that offer boarding, daycare, and grooming and designed our system around the customer visit (instead of each service). This approach ensures a seamless front desk experience for every visit and gives you maximum flexibility to create compelling offers and upgrades for your customers. Whether you manage one location or one hundred, Goose increases the quality and value of pet care visits through advanced customer management features, activity dashboards, and revenue management tools. We also help pet care providers connect with pet parents by making each stay more convenient - that includes a modern online booking experience, communications, vaccination reminders, and lightning fast check-in and check-out. Plus, powerful reporting tools give you clear visibility into sales and operations, helping you stay in control of your business metrics.
