**What do you like best about Goose?**

We love how easy it is for our customers to use. While it took some time for everyone to get used to it, as any change does, the benefits for all parties have soared far beyond our expectations. We also love the customer support and the people behind Goose. If we have questions, they have answers very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Goose?**

Goose is a newer software so of course there are some things we are looking forward to seeing in the future. Goose has been great about listening to our needs and wants and giving us honest feedback about timelines and expectations.

**What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goose has solved a lot of problems for us. We used Gingr for over a decade, and we were constantly struggling to get ahold of customer service for questions and concerns. Goose has NEVER “left us on read” or gotten back to us weeks later - we almost always get a response instantly or within an hour.

Another big issue Goose helped us with was increasing revenue when we were already at capacity. We’ve been with Goose for less than a year, and our revenue consistently shows a 20%+ increase, simply because their software lays out our packages and add-ons better than Gingr ever could.

  ### 2. User-Friendly, Customizable, and Backed by Fast, Helpful Support

**What do you like best about Goose?**

It's very user friendly and pretty customizable for what we need. I love how helpful the support team is and that they respond quickly to questions. I really like how many features and modules the program supports and that it is always improving.

**What do you dislike about Goose?**

I really wish it showed clients when their dog's vaccines are expired more clearly. Would especially love if there was a feature that completely prevented clients with expired vaccines from booking services.

The program is generally smooth to use, certain things are a tad clunky. For example - with Report Cards, if you are drafting a report card and realize a photo is missing, you have to completely back out and go to the Upload Photos page to add your missing photos.

I would also like to be able to set our check-in and check-out windows better than what the program currently supports. For daycare it's limited and we can't really set our check-in and check-out times exactly as we'd like.

I would also love if Goose showed the name of the portal at the top of the screen during the booking flow. I have accidentally booked clients for boarding at the wrong facility multiple times because I did not realize I was in the wrong portal.

If a client adjusts their boarding reservation, it changes their balance and we aren't able to charge them the new fee until they check-in. So the work around is changing the dates to the current day's date, check them in, charge them, undo check-in and then set the reservation back to the actual booked dates.

**What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The last program we used did not have an efficient vaccine system, so I really like that Goose clearly shows us the vaccine expirations on our end and when they expire. 

I love the auto reminders we can set, we use to have to send everything manually via email and the reminders have helped so much and have saved us a lot of time. 

The text message feature is great because it connects us to clients very quickly if we need to reach them about quick questions. 

Tracking engagement, marketing, sales, etc. all in one place! An excellent feature that our owner really likes and utilizes regularly 

Generating export lists for certain data is very helpful.

**What do you like best about Goose?**

I love that Goose is always adding new features that help my company grow in both size and sales. Since switching from another CRM, we’ve seen a tremendous increase in sales.

**What do you dislike about Goose?**

There are a few things I wish I could personalize on my own, like adding new offers and pet perks. That said, the customer service is amazing and always easy to reach, so it never takes too long for them to add those for me.

**What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online booking is a dream. We don’t have a full-time receptionist, so having clients able to book their own services themselves has been a lifesaver for us.

**What do you like best about Goose?**

I use Goose for attribution for my ads, managing all the dogs in house and who is coming, and to track all of the revenues and profits through the reporting. It is generally very easy to manage, and I've found it is a good software program.

**What do you dislike about Goose?**

I think Goose is a little more expensive than it needs to be. Some of the things that I find valuable, you have to pay more for, and it already is pretty expensive to begin with. It wasn't really all that easy to set up, and there's something about the transfer of the data which always loses something in the process. Lots of things didn't get set up the way I wanted them to initially.

**What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Goose for ad attribution, managing the dogs in-house, and tracking revenues and profits. It serves as the backbone of my business by easily managing these aspects.

reporting has been less than ideal for accurate numbers, and there have been some issues with the way memberships work but we have workarounds

The overall interface is very easy to use.

There are some odd glitches that need work. Unfortunately, there is no notification if booking a dog who already has a reservation. You could essentially book a dog an infinite amount of times for the same date range.

Goose has taken some of our suggestions into account and have improved Goose 10 fold since starting up with them last year.

I like Goose's simplicity in layout, which makes it easy to navigate. The filters are particularly helpful in pinpointing reservation categories, making it easier to manage by type. Goose provides clarity for a smooth and quick booking process online for both the business and customers through a portal.

There could be more tag options and notation spaces for the business to use on our end. As well as flagged things that can pop up per account if needed.

**What do you like best about Goose?**

That my clients are able to book it like booking a hotel. It is easy for them to make a simple booking or book extras with very litle effort. My clients love it and they love the fact that they can book online without having to check in with our office to make sure everything is done because they receive a detailed confirmation. Also, I can track my clients easily and my bookkeeping is done so quickly it makes my job as an owner very simple.

**What do you dislike about Goose?**

Nothing!! They are very easy to work with and their IT department is one of the best. I love the way they are always looking for ways to improve and taking client recommendations and making them happen quickly.

**What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client tracking, bookkeeping, Daycare packages, extras, tasks, dog passing or moving and taking them out of the system, credit card security for my clients

Goose allows me to focus on delivering exceptional, hands-on care instead of getting bogged down in operational headaches. Its intuitive platform allows me to prioritize what matters most—providing personalized care for every pet and their owner.

At the time of onboarding I was looking for additional customer segmentation options and Goose has exceeded my expectation with regular updates and added features.

Managing bookings and daily operations used to feel overwhelming, especially while trying to maintain the high level of care I envisioned for my business. Goose streamlined everything, allowing me to dedicate more time to the pets and their families. Goose lets me run the business the way I’ve always wanted: with a focus on quality over quantity.
