The hiring solutions have one of the best in-line features to select the suitable fit candidates using AI, and this helps in increasing the employee retention period. **What do you dislike about GooodJob?** The cost side of this solution is on the higher side. Also, the support reception times are a lot longer as compared to other alternatives. We were under the impression that we would be getting less ETA if we had opted for premium support. **Recommendations to others considering GooodJob:** GoodJob has all the right solutions to implement a state-of-the-art hiring system. It also helps the employees to have a single pane of glass to enter referral details, check the status from any device. **What do you dislike about GooodJob?** Gooodjob does not offer a free trial so it makes it hard to convince management to shred a large sum of money on an experiment. The engagement platform could be designed much better than it is today, although it has all the functionalities yet lacks the sophisticated design element to it. **Recommendations to others considering GooodJob:** Enforce people in the organisation to enrol themselves to Gooodjob portal. Karat is also a platform for hiring but they do not have the feature of screening resumes or CVs. They only provide interviewers that too only developers for all engineering positions which is not fair for QA, and product candidates. **What do you dislike about GooodJob?** I've not gotten a chance to use the product but once I'll get the chance. I'll update what is missing in the product. So far as per the demo and the concept behind Goodjob. It has everything which needs for a smooth hiring process. **What problems is GooodJob solving and how is that benefiting you?** Though I have not used their platform, when I going through their concept it's best suited for today's needs.
