"Google Workspace: A Reliable All-in-One Platform for Collaboration and Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like Google Workspace because it brings email, cloud storage, communication, and productivity tools together in one place. Google Docs and Sheets make real-time collaboration very easy, while Google Drive provides convenient access to files from anywhere. The simple interface and seamless integration between the different applications save time and make teamwork more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The main thing I dislike about Google Workspace is that some advanced features and administrative controls can be difficult to understand and manage. Storage limits can also become a concern for larger organizations, and some features require additional paid licenses. Overall, the platform is reliable, but the pricing and complexity can increase as business requirements grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in One Google Workspace Ecosystem That Makes Collaboration Effortless."
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

All the essentials Emails, file storage, documents' editing, meetings, and collaboration come together in one ecosystem provided by Google Workspace and make everyday work more efficient. Real-time collaboration in Docs, Sheets, and Slides helps avoid version conflicts and collaboration of several teammates at once. File sharing and permission control become easy to implement using Google Drive; besides, Gmail, Calendar, and Meet provide smooth integration for communication and scheduling needs. Being cloud-based makes it possible to work remotely and safely without local files hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

As the organization grows, the problem of folder and file structure governance gets more critical since Google Drive may become harder to navigate. Google Sheets is not very good at processing very large datasets or complex data structures and advanced analytical models. There are certain advanced administrative and security features that are available only in premium tiers of Google Workspace and therefore need additional licensing. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The main thing I dislike about Google Workspace is that some advanced features can feel limited compared with specialized software. Managing files and permissions can sometimes become confusing, especially in larger teams. Google Drive can also get cluttered when there are many shared files and folders. Some features require a paid plan, and occasional syncing or notification issues can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Robust AI Capabilities Workspace"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like Google Workspace's user-friendly interface and the integration that they've done, which helps a lot with managing various applications and software. This makes it easy for users to navigate different platforms. I appreciate the immense space it offers for data management, keeping data in a separate space, and solving mainstream storage problems for my company. Google Workspace's AI integration is a standout feature for me; it's very useful, particularly for writing emails and using AI tools for help when I forget formulas or functions. Setting up Google Workspace is extremely easy, even for beginner-level users, thanks to the tools and accessories provided for account setup. The cost is .also manageable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I find the interface a bit slow when there are too many users on the platform, causing it to lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Google Workspace Keeps Everything Connected in One Place""

What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use Google Workspace daily and Google Meet is my most used tool as a supervisor. Few things I like most:

- One click to schedule and join meetings from Calendar and Meet, no extra setup needed

- Screen sharing on Meet helps me present audit reports and score sheets directly during calls

- Real time collaboration on Docs and Sheets keeps everyone on the same page during meetings

- Google Drive keeps all files organized and accessible from anywhere

- Everything connects seamlessly, Gmail, Meet, Calendar and Drive all work together without switching platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

No big dislikes, but a couple of small things they can improve:

- Google Meet can lag or drop quality during large team calls with many participants

- Google Sheets lacks some advanced formatting options compared to Microsoft Excel, which can be limiting for complex reports

- Storage fills up quickly on basic plans, higher storage should be available at lower cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

'd love more customization options for Google Drive folder organization, such as color-coding subfolders or additional layout views. It would be helpful if comments and task notifications across Docs, Sheets, and Slides were consolidated into one easy-to-manage inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace Provides Seamless Collaboration Across Email, Drive, and Meetings."
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace combines email, file storage, document editing, meetings, and collaboration into one cohesive system. Collaboration in Docs, Sheets, and Slides in real-time allows eliminating the problem of document versions and helps to collaborate simultaneously. Google Drive allows to easily share files with the ability to define the level of access to it, while Gmail, Calendar, and Meet are combined into one seamless experience for communication and schedule organization. As the cloud product, it allows working securely from any device without need of managing local files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The expansion of organization and Drive structure requires proper governance since it becomes harder to manage the folders and shared files. Google Sheets is capable of dealing with basic reporting needs, but not optimal for working with huge data sets and advanced models. Also, some administrative and security options require paying for higher-tier packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Google Workspace is how seamlessly all the apps work together. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar make it easy to collaborate in real time, share files securely, and stay organized from any device. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One downside of Google Workspace is that some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans. It can also be challenging to manage large numbers of files in Google Drive over time, and occasional compatibility issues arise when working with complex Microsoft Office documents. In addition, some apps have limited offline functionality compared to desktop alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything in One Place With Seamless Collaboration and Smart AI Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like most is that everything is in one place, so I don’t have to stop and think about which app to open next. An email can turn into a meeting, meeting notes go straight into Docs, files stay in Drive, and Calendar keeps everything organized. It all connects and flows together really well.

I use Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meet, and Calendar almost every day, and real-time collaboration is probably the feature I appreciate most. When someone makes a change, I can see it immediately, leave comments, or jump into a Meet call if something needs to be discussed. It saves a lot of back-and-forth and keeps things moving.

I also like that it works from anywhere. Whether I’m on my work laptop or another device, all my files are there without me having to copy anything over or manually sync. The interface is straightforward, too, so there isn’t much of a learning curve.

The newer AI features have been useful as well. I mainly use them to draft emails, rewrite content, or summarize long documents when I need a quick starting point. I still review everything before I use it, but it definitely cuts down the time I spend on repetitive work. Overall, it’s one of those tools I rely on throughout the day without even thinking about it, because it fits naturally into my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

There isn’t anything major that bothers me, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. When my internet connection isn’t stable, working on larger documents or files in Drive can feel a bit slow. I’ve also noticed that some settings are scattered across different sections, so tracking down a specific option can take a little trial and error.

Another minor issue is that when I’m working with very complex spreadsheets or documents, the browser can start to feel a bit heavy after a while. It doesn’t happen often, but I’ve run into it a few times.

Other than that, I don’t have many complaints. Overall, the experience has been reliable, and the convenience of having everything connected so easily still outweighs these minor drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
