"Pocket friendly AIO solutions for small and medium enterprises, gets a bit costly for larger teams."
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

One size fits all solution for every possible online solutions. Storage, email, meetings, search, domains, shopping, all build into a single solution. Great pricing as well for small to medium organizations that want to get started quickly, and without a lot of technical know how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

A very affordable solution to begin with, but once you start scaling and have to pay for extra storage and performance, the costs start adding up quickly. If you are a large team or need a large volume of cloud space, there might be cheaper options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps Our Organization Manage All Activities with Ease"
4/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is that it gives our organization one shared and reliable environment to manage daily work. We use it to communicate, organize documents, collaborate on files, schedule meetings and keep track of different activities across the team. Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets are all connected, so it is much easier for people to access the information they need and work together even when they are not in the same place.

It also helps us reduce confusion around file versions, because documents can be shared and edited in real time instead of sending many attachments back and forth by email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The main downside is that Google Workspace works best when everything stays inside the Google ecosystem. When we need to collaborate with people or organizations that mainly use Microsoft Office or other tools, sometimes formatting, permissions or file compatibility can become less smooth.

Some settings, especially admin and sharing permissions, can also be a bit complex at first. It is not a major problem, but it requires some attention to make sure files and folders are shared with the right people and not more broadly than intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop solution for everything - Google Workplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like all the features of Google Workspace - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Chat. It is helping us usually in our official work, in short it is one stop solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Everything is good; however, in G-meet, the messages get deleted if someone rejoins the link or joins recently. So this can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive collaboration, perfect for companies without IT teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is easy to integrate with other software. It has a really nice UX, and it's intuitive to use. We can make quick changes to the organization without any kind of assistance. The support, when we need new users or upgrade our plan, is really fast and efficient, making administrative tasks hassle-free.

In terms of performance, the real-time collaboration on Docs and Sheets is flawless with zero lag. It offers an incredible ROI since it consolidates our email, cloud storage, and video meetings into one cost-effective subscription. Additionally, the built-in AI features, like smart replies and writing assistance, have significantly improved our team's daily workflow and productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I like least is that we had to purchase the service through a third-party partner rather than contracting directly with Google. Although the partner company we work with is excellent and always responds in the best way possible, I still prefer having a direct subscription and official support from Google itself. For our organization, it would be much more convenient to handle billing and account management directly without intermediaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Connected UI/UX—Gemini in Sheets, Docs & Slides Supercharges Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I love the UI and UX, and I really like how all the different tools connect so easily. Everything works so smoothly that we rarely, if ever, need support with Google Workspace. Having Gemini linked across the tools is amazing, and the value of AI being integrated into each one is genuinely helpful. Using it in Sheets, Docs, and Slides has saved time and created a much more effective workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Nothing to add—I absolutely love Google Workspace. I’d choose Google Workspace over Microsoft 365 every time. The cost of Google Workspace vs Microsoft is huge! Google is much more affordable and provides a lot more bang for your buck! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Google Workspace Integration That Makes Scheduling Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I am a huge fan of Google Workspace and all its tools. I love how the tools are integrated with each other and you can utilize them together: for instance in email I can easily pull up my calendar in the side panel to schedule a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I know there are things. I have submitted requests for changes but at the moment I cannot think of many. I do wish the mobile version worked more closely to the way the web version works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Connected Tools That Make Collaboration Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is that all the tools work together very smoothly. I mostly use Gmail , Google Drive, Docs, and Google Meet, and they make my daily work easier. Sharing files and working with others in real time is very simple. I also like that I can access my files from anywhere using my phone or laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One thing I dislike about Google Workspace is that it depends a lot on the internet connection. Sometimes, when the internet is slow, Google Meet and Drive become difficult to use properly and managing storage can be a little confusing when there are many files and emails start taking up space. "Everything I Need at Hand: Fast Access to Calendar, Chat, and Google Meet"
4/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Everything I need is right at hand. I can access my calendar, chat, and Google Meet quickly and easily. It was also very easy to show my interviewees how to use Google Meet. Any questions I have Gemini can answer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Google drive can be improved by making it easier to find what you are looking for. I use key words and still cannot pull up what I need. I have to try to remember how to look certain items up because you cannot just put in words that are in the heading. This causes me a lot of turmoil over how much extra time it takes to find what I need. "All-in-One Google Workspace Hub That Boosts Collaboration and Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like most about Google Workspace is that it brings email, chat, file storage, and collaboration tools into one place. Having Gmail, Google Chat, Google meet, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Colab together makes work more efficient, improves communication, and reduces the need to switch between multiple applications throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One small drawback of Google Workspace is that some features depend heavily on a stable internet connection. Occasionally, this can affect productivity when connectivity is poor. However, this is not a major issue, as offline options are available for several applications and most work environments have reliable internet access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Google Workspace Keeps Communication, Collaboration, and Files Seamlessly in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is very helpful because it makes communication and teamwork easier. I like that you can access files anywhere, collaborate in real time on Docs and Sheets, and use tools like Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Calendar all in one place. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and works great for both school and work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

One downside of Google Workspace is that some features require an internet connection to work smoothly. Also, compared to Microsoft Office, tools like Google Sheets may feel limited for advanced tasks. Storage can fill up quickly, and some users may have concerns about privacy or monthly subscription costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
