I love how it integrates with so many other products and services. I appreciate having one login for everything. I like how Docs and Sheets work and how you can collaborate with others.

I've not played with Gemini in Workspace much, but it does look interesting. I am always excited about AI opportunities in a process.

What I like most about Google Workspace is how effortlessly it integrates with everything else, along with its seamless real-time collaboration. What I dislike most about Google Workspace is how messy and disorganized file management becomes over time. Google Drive’s search bar is great, but the folder structure itself feels like a nightmare, especially on group projects. The “Shared with me” section quickly turns into a huge, chaotic dumping ground of random files that are nearly impossible to organize or sort. I also hate how stripped-down and basic the apps feel compared to desktop software. If you need to do heavy data crunching in Sheets or advanced formatting in Docs, it either starts lagging right away or simply doesn’t have the same raw power as Microsoft Excel and Word. On top of that, working offline is still a massive headache because it requires specific setup ahead of time, and if your internet drops unexpectedly, you’re basically locked out of editing your work. The thing that I do not like about Google as much is mainly simplicity about finding things. The Workspace Admin panel is somewhat tough to navigate, for beginners, who do not know much about Google or it's products. It's great, and it is worth it's price, with the many features that it has like Google Meet, but the navigation could be improved. I mainly use Google Workspace for collaboration and document management in my team. It's quite handy for sharing files and tracking projects in real time. I specifically use Drive to backup all of my contracts. Gmail is used as my only email tool. I save back-ups of all of my onboarding documents in Drive too. Any internal audit is also conducted using mostly Google Sheets. I appreciate how I can share documents directly with my team and connect easily with clients to share content. Some of the AI functionality was efficient, but now I think it's hallucinating a little bit more. This leads to me spending more time reviewing and redoing some of the functions that AI was trying to carry out - especially with Gmail, I find the tone or the phrasing of the AI suggestions are getting further away from my preferred tone.
