Google drive is very useful for organizing HR records such as employee documents , policies , appraisal files and compliance materials. Folder level permissions allow sensitive information to remain secure while still being accessible to authorized users. google Docs helps standardize HR documentation , templates for policies , offer letters and internal announcements are easy to maintain and update collaboratively. What do you dislike about Google Workspace? for advance HR analytics, google sheets can feel limited without add ons or integration also, managing very large shared folders requires clear naming and structure to stay organized.
