Google Voice is probably one of the simplest and most flexible voice apps to use. It quite frankly is better than almost all of its competition. It doesn't overcomplicate things, has a simple interface, and allows you to manage all of your corporate communication (Gmail, etc.) through the same Administrative Console on the backend. If your internet is a little spotty, Google Voice may have trouble connecting on the first call. I travel a lot, and in low reception/data areas I find myself making a call, seeing the loading prompt, and then cancelling and remaking the call. For some reason it always goes through on the second call, but the first call will load indefinitely. Not the biggest of issues, and the pros outweigh Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
