Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** While Google Vault offers an overall positive experience, the initial learning curve for those unfamiliar with eDiscovery tools can be a minor challenge. However, Google's support documentation and resources help overcome this. We use it to reliably archive all our email, chat and Google Drive. As a Google Workspace administistrator it easily integrates with our environment. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** Google Vault is an excellent archive but not a great search tool. It lacks some very basic features and functionality like deduplication. It is also challenging to export individual chat conversations and some documents. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an inexpensive tool with no restrictions on size or space of storage. We have benefitted from being able to reliably store emails for an indefinite period of time. ### 3. Wonderful tool. Must have for everybody. I also like how you can search through your data within no time efficiently. Another positive feature of Google vault is its seamless integration with other G-suite applications which is a big plus since we use several Google products **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** One thing that I dislike about Google vault is that you can not access information of a deleted account. I think they should work on this to provide permanent storage. It also has a slightly steep learning and you require a little bit of time to know how everything works. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google vault is used in our company to store all kinds of data securely. We also use it to archive and search some information. It has also been essential in tracking users and their activities. ### 5. I also like its UI/UX design which is simple to understand and navigate. Its seamless integration with other Google products is something to thank google for as it helps to work with it easily. Google vault has top class security features which gives us the confidence to use it as we know our data will be safe. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** One issue that I have with Google vault is its pricing. Its pricing is quite on the high side and in my opinion they should review their pricing policy. Another downside is that it is not possible to retrieve information from accounts that you have deleted they should also check on that. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google vault is used across the whole of our organisation for storage of our data and information safely in the cloud. It is also essential in data retention and data archiving. We use it hand in hand with other Google products like drive and gmail. It also helps us to track each user and their individual activities. ### 6. In addition I did not have any transparent idea about the working of my team members and it was hard to figure out whether my sales team is interrupting any data regarding the marketing. Above all I was very much concerned about the security of my entire company’s data. Thanks to Google Vault which has helped me to get rid of all these issue. Google Vault is basically associated with my G-Suit so I really found it reliable in terms of maintaining all the data and it provides me clear analytics about it. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** Although there is no additional charges for the Google Vault as it is associated with G-Suit but G-Suit is already very much costly which eventually restrict its usage, the overall pricing policy must be revised. Also there is no back up of the data if a user account deleted permanently. **Recommendations to others considering Google Vault:** It is very much suitable for all business and those who have small team to work. However different pricing plans are available. I appreciate this tool and its services. As we all know Google is the king of all software as this tool is working efficiently. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very useful and helpful platform which is providing reliable services. You can also search your domain's data by user account, organizational unit, date, or keyword. Additionally, Google Vault supports searches with boolean operators and wildcards. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** Currently, we have been using this service (Google Vault) for approximately 4 years, which is very original and competent, for this reason we have no complaints about its usefulness. I feel that Google is and will continue to be a brand that is committed to every project and service they offer. **Recommendations to others considering Google Vault:** My only recommendation is that you allow yourself to try this Google product, believe me you won't regret it as it is a very complete and reliable service, I use it and have no doubts about it! **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is true that in the past we had problems with the security of our data, but after trying Google Vault we really feel secure with the service, as our records often contain confidential information. What I like the most is that Google Vault is able to gather all the information across its different platform. It is a really good security feature. The Google groups are great for communication. Google Vault is intuitive for storage and very easy to use. I can backup of all our data in the G suite and archive emails. I also like that it is a Google product. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** The main downside of the solution is the price point. It's a bit costly since it is $25 per user for the enterprise plan. **Recommendations to others considering Google Vault:** Google Vault is free to use and one of the best cloud services. However, you might not readily get support from Google. Whenever you encounter any issues, you are better off getting help from popular tech forums on the internet. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Google Vault is very easy to use and it looks very professional. Google Vault is a place where you can save a backup of all your data in the G Suite. It is a simple backup option. Also, it allows us to archive emails and is very secure. It is easily compatible with the other Google products like Gmail, Drive, etc. Google chats in most Google apps are generally smooth. Overall, it's been very simple and easy to use, which is a big priority. ### 10. It came through when I needed to prove/verify that certain communications did/did not occur, and when the last communications did occur. Time stamps, email addresses, etc. were critical. **What do you dislike about Google Vault?** The terminology, such as case and matter, is confusing and it requires that you play around to see how it works. Of course, due to its' nature, it is tracing your actions as well. It only shows a snippet and you have to drill down, back and forth to view the content. **Recommendations to others considering Google Vault:** Create a dummy email account, and perform some test searches to learn how information is searched, displayed, retained, etc. Remember to check out email, hangouts, deleted items, and other services to verify what is retained, searched. Then perform some reporting. Also try deleting an account and search again. It may be best practice to instead of deleting an account to suspend it, or transfer all data to a dummy account. **What problems is Google Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** Archiving required communications to meet legal requirements, or best practice, just in case. ### 11.
