Very easy to set up for a new user itself. At the time of setup, it shows all the required steps in a very optimal manner by which the user can follow the process and finish the setup. The verification process is certainly not very clear; once it is submitted, it is not clear if my business listing is not approved, then it should have a proper reason to update the relevant or missing information. It has very recently been upgraded and looks and operates much better than it used too. At least now I kinda want to use it. They ensure that your business updates are reviewed. Let me repeat myself. Updates (such as phone numbers, emails, websites, and addresses handled by accounts with permission to handle them) are subject to approval by Google. I spent nearly 4 months trying to change basic information, and thankfully, the old email I lost on the first website I started on still had workspace access and didn't require me to enter an email address (which they locked away from me in a paywall btw) I may have had the worst experience of any Socia Media account on this site. Having approval for my business denied on the most important modes of communication available was frustrating. I would be rating them so much lower because I guarantee you it still sucks, but it has soooo much potential and does still somehow bring in leads with the fake info i was forced to keep up for 4 months. Well a local search would work perfect, and I could have had even my own products up this entire time, but I instead spent about 1 month weighing the thought of just renaming my entire business because it would actually be easier and less stressful than changing my own phone number on a business listing. Just having final say on my own business is ridiculous, especially if the accounts are correct. Perhaps you should fix things first and apologize if your wrong.
