What I dislike about Google My Business is that sometimes it’s hard to get your business to show up at the top, even when you’ve been around for years and have great reviews. It feels like newer or less experienced companies can show up higher just because they post more often or play the algorithm better. That part can be frustrating. If your business benefits from Google SEO, you should definitely be using this software to keep your page up to date. It is easy to use for basic info (such as reviews, photos, and Q&A). I would like to see trainings/videos offered directly from Google My Business in the future to improve both the use of its product and the product itself.
