A most beneficial feature of google my business is getting a free listing on google maps and reaching more users on their related search about business. It also gives features to receive customers' feedback to increase online reputation management. As the GMB Listing provides the data around what user searches and history about on what search terms are more popular for showing a business listing, But few of the times I found some irrevelent search terms were shown up in my listing and I have also tried to google my business ads - the experience of ads results, ad copies and support is worthless. Google my business(or GMB in short) is a very helpful tool that allows every business owner to announce to the world their business details along with location, contact numbers, and products they sell. The best part is when your delighted customers give you reviews and you can use that as a testimonial on your website. You also get to see the analytics part- such as how many people searched for your business, what search terms they used to find your business and how many people used your address to walk into your store. The office phone number disappeared from the google my business profile one day and when we wanted to reach out to the support team, we could not get in touch with anybody from the google team. I loved the analytics part that shows how many people found you on google and what kind of search terms did they use to find the business.
