Most tools are simple to use, reliable, and fast enough that you don’t really think about them much — which is honestly the best compliment software can get. Some cloud pricing and billing stuff can get confusing pretty quickly, especially at scale. Certain admin settings are also buried deeper than they need to be. I find Google incredibly convenient and efficient for our work. It helps us create and share documents from one source rather than multiple sources, which is so speedy, easy to use, and slick. I love how easy it is to convert documents from a Google Doc to Word or PDF, which I find tricky with competitors. The integration of spreadsheets, emails, document creation, and more all in one spot is fantastic. Anytime I am in search of information I am not sure where to find, Google always ends up being the search engine that generates the most prominent and relevant sources that fit my needs. I appreciate the fact that Google comes in both a web browser version and an app version - this allows me to always have access to my preferred search engine whenever I want and wherever I want.
