**What do you like best about Google?**

I appreciate Google's continuous daily updates and the valuable features they introduce, offering more than just an easy-to-access interface. I believe Google surpasses other services like Microsoft because of these valuable updates. I find the Google My Business listing, Gmail, and Google Drive exceptionally helpful in making business processes easier. The integration of artificial intelligence in their services aids significantly with quick mailing, enhancing efficiency. Additionally, I value the speed and rapid response of Google's services, which are critical for seamless user experience. Google's free plans and excellent free tiers initially attracted me to use their services over the past ten years, creating a robust foundation for my professional use of their tools.

  ### 6. Google Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lara F. | Recruiting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Google?**

Google is helpful because it’s like a super-powered tool for finding and organizing information quickly. Here are some of the main reasons why people — especially in jobs like recruiting find it so valuable.

**What do you dislike about Google?**

For a recruiting manager, a specific downside could be: sometimes candidate information is incomplete or outdated online, so Google can’t always give the full picture.

**Recommendations to others considering Google:**

For anyone considering using Google, I highly recommend taking advantage of its full range of tools and search capabilities. Use Google to research, organize, and streamline your work — it’s especially useful for staying informed, finding candidates, or keeping projects organized. However, be mindful of privacy settings and verify important information from multiple sources. By using it thoughtfully, Google can significantly improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

**What problems is Google solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google is an essential tool in my role as a recruiting manager. It helps me find qualified candidates more efficiently, research industry trends, and stay up to date on the latest hiring strategies. Google’s powerful search features make it easier to learn about potential applicants and companies, and Google Business tools help strengthen our company’s online presence — attracting more talent. It’s also a valuable resource for sharing job postings and connecting with people quickly. Overall, Google makes my recruiting process faster, smarter, and more effective.

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Google?**

It's the best search engine. Anything you need to find is always there and with additional features always coming out it is constantly improving.

**What do you dislike about Google?**

Too many sponsored posts. Having to scroll every time to identify what is an add versus a legit search result is frustrating. Also Google should filter out sites that are no longer active or at a minimum flag the page.

**Recommendations to others considering Google:**

Use it. Bing doesn't seem to be as accurate and pinpoint key words in a search. I know Duckduckgo has gained popularity based on the security it claims to provide, however, the UI is less than pleasing on the eye.

**What problems is Google solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google solves nearly any problem that is presented and is far superior than Bing. The real competitor now is AI solutions that not only search, but have the capacity to think for you and answer specific questions. Google adding AI search results is very nice and the fact that they are highlighting specific data within a larger context (still allowing you to ensure that the information is relevant).

  ### 26. The Only Danger is Tumbling Down the Google Black Hole

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina B. | Paramedic Student, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Google?**

I like almost everything about Google, And I don’t even access all of the features yet. I am excited to learn more about what I can offer me. However, I probably like the search engine part the best because I can Google anything no matter how bizarre and they will always be an answer. Multiple different answers actually with some things so I can choose what I want to believe. With other things it’s more concrete with the same answer repeatedly, and will still have endless Answers for me. The pages never run out it seems. I feel like I can trust and rely on Google.

**What do you dislike about Google?**

Google can be also a dangerous place to go because you can get sucked into the Google black hole. This happens when you start searching something and click on links and continue to click on links and search until you are totally off your original topic and sucked completely in and addicted and you cannot get out.it’s kind of like a black hole so that’s why I give that name.
The other thing that I dislike is that I know Google sells peoples information and their search histories so that they can tail results to peoples preferences, but I do not like my information being sold to third-party so that those third parties can then contact me which is very creepy. I understand that is how they make money and keep the product free for everybody, but I still think it’s a very backhanded thing to do. And without telling anybody upfront that that’s what’s happening.

**Recommendations to others considering Google:**

Google in moderation. Beware of the black hole at all times. Also, if you are someone who values their privacy a large amount and do not want your information to end up with third-party companies, you might want to check out a different software to your daily needs.

**What problems is Google solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love this app. I use it every day multiple times. It helps me to search anything I want, find websites, access my email, access documents, access my cloud storage, etc. Google has so many features that are beneficial to my daily life that I don’t think I could live without it. Other engines/browsers/feature providers are just not as diverse and helpful as Google is. I am
So grateful that Google exists!
