Our team was heavily struggling with version control issues and fragmented communication - we were constantly emailing updated Word documents back and forth, resulting in lost data and crossed wires. Google Workspace completely solved this by centralising our document collaboration in real-time. The main benefit has been a massive reduction in administrative friction. For example, instead of scheduling separate video calls just to review text, three editors can just jump into a single Google Doc simultaneously, leave targeted inline comments, and resolve them dynamiscally. I love that Google Drive lets me access everything from any computer in the hospital and that I can use Sheets, Docs, and Slides for various projects. I find these features particularly valuable for my needs. I also utilize Google's business services for reviews and public notifications about our hours. Like, I use Gemini most of the time for gaining information. I also use Google a lot—if I need an image, I use Google Lens to search. I use Google Fonts for getting fonts, and most fonts are available on Google Fonts. Overall, it’s been a good experience. If I need to know something brief about a topic, I just search it. I use Google for everyday purposes, especially being in college, it’s very useful if I have a question. Google is my go-to for advice since I have a toddler and a baby on the way. The picture scanner is particularly beneficial, allowing me to scan items from the store to get questions answered. I love the search engine, especially now with AI, as it provides vivid details. The picture scanner tool also works really well for identifying things like flowers or checking item prices. Google Drive is a lifesaver because even after my phone broke, it preserved pictures of my baby, and I am really thankful for that. It's really easy to set up a shopping campaign. I particularly like Google Gemini for creating model/style images for products, which saves me from having to do a physical photoshoot.
