Google Cloud Run as a serverless container product from google cloud is fully managed serverless meaning, no clusters ad nodes, just deploy your container and let google handle scaling. What do you dislike about Google Cloud Run? Cold starts on cloud run can be slow for traffic that is infrequent. Cloud Run has no native GPU support and has a limited to 60 minute request timeout. Cloud Run solves infrastructure management, which is beneficial when deploying containers since i dont have to provision clusters or servers. The benefits of cloud run include; faster development, automatic scaling, no idle costs and focus on code instead of operaations which is ideal for microservices, APIs and event driven apps.
