It also has a really easy and simple process to add that into your Google workspace account. The simplicity of doing it is something that I found very valuable and easy to use. I also like the simple and transparent pricing it gave. **What do you dislike about Google Cloud Identity?** At times it was sometimes hard to understand why we would pay for this when there was other software that was equally is better from the same company. For example you can use the authenticator app from Google that will give you a very similar two-factor authentication experience compared to having this. **What problems is Google Cloud Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a strong believer in security especially on the online presence form. But I find myself wondering if it was 100% necessary to have this program. I found Google authenticator app as being something that we switched to that gavr similar benefits. ### 15.
