What do you dislike about Google Cloud Document AI? non-technical useers likeme faced some problems sue to utdated documentation. it has not yet disclosed the pricing structure which makes it risky to use. many languages are still not supported . DocAi can scan through the data in documents in various formats. It is particularly useful when the data is large or the document has a series of pages with different context. DocAi analyzes and understand the contents of the document and extracts information thus making the data easy to comprehend. It is also capable of extracting target information say in invoise, contracts, scientific repositories etc. The best part is this google tool can be integrated with other google tools and is user friendly. What do you dislike about Google Cloud Document AI? At the moment this tool is not free of cost, though one can try a free version. So cost effectiveness needs to be worked out in organizations. Definitely navigating the platform and exploring all its features can be time consuming! It will be further updated to integrated with other google services. Tradinally to prepare reports data was to be entered manually but with DocAi, assisting documents can be uploaded and AI will extract the data and upload without errors. It also reduces the time for preparing reports and reports have maximum accuracy with a fast data entry process. It makes the information easy to access and search.
