**What do you like best about Google Backup and DR service?**

The best part about Google Backup and DR is how seamless and reliable it feels. Once it’s set up, I barely need to think about it — backups just run in the background without affecting performance. The interface is straightforward, and restoring data is quick and hassle-free, whether it’s a single file or an entire system. I also like that it integrates well with other Google Cloud tools, so everything is in one place. It gives a lot of peace of mind knowing our data is safe and can be restored anytime

**What do you dislike about Google Backup and DR service?**

While Google Backup and DR is generally reliable, the initial setup can feel a bit complex, especially for people who are new to Google Cloud. The pricing can also be confusing, as storage and network usage costs add up over time. Another small drawback is that restore speeds can slow down when dealing with very large datasets, which can be frustrating in urgent situations. It would be great to see more detailed reporting and simpler cost visibility

**What problems is Google Backup and DR service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Backup and DR has given us a centralized and automated way to protect critical data without having to manage multiple backup tools. It solves the problem of maintaining consistent backups across different workloads, whether they are on-premises or in the cloud. The ability to quickly restore data in case of accidental deletion or corruption has greatly reduced downtime for us. It also eliminates the need for manual backup scheduling and monitoring, freeing up time for more important IT tasks. Overall, it has improved our data resilience and made disaster recovery faster and more predictable.

**What do you like best about Google Backup and DR service?**

What I like best about Google Backup and DR service is its simplicity and reliability. It’s really easy to set up, and the backup process is smooth. Plus, knowing that my data is securely stored and can be quickly restored gives me peace of mind. The integration with other Google services also makes it convenient for users already in the Google ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Google Backup and DR service?**

One thing I dislike about Google Backup and DR service is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other options available. Also, while it’s generally easy to use, sometimes the restoration process can be slower than expected, especially with large amounts of data. There’s also limited flexibility when it comes to custom backup configurations, which could be a deal-breaker for some advanced users.

**What problems is Google Backup and DR service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Backup and DR service helps solve the problem of data loss and downtime. It ensures that my data is safely backed up and can be restored quickly in case of an emergency or system failure.
