The site has always worked for me when I needed it. This is great for security, as all my accounts almost everywhere are linked to my Google account. Apart from asking you for a password, they will also ask you for a code sent by mail or available on Google Authenticator. It is super helpful because you can open it anywhere, and the code is renewed all the time. Sometimes SMS and calls don't pass, which also makes Google Authenticator great. **What do you dislike about Google Authenticator?** It is a bit hard to set up from the start. I had to google how to do it and follow some guidelines. It makes sense as the security of your account is linked to it. But now, it's working perfect. **What problems is Google Authenticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** I encountered some security issues with my account. I set up the double factor authentification, which is one my password and second a password sent to me by Google. I had issues with automatic calls saying the code, Youtube linked, or even sms. In fact, when I transferred my information from one cell phone to another, it was very easy to do.
