I find it valuable because it provides an additional layer of security and convenience, allowing me to stay connected to my essential tools seamlessly. Google authenticator has all the features authenticator have to have, so it does the job as can quickly scan to add an account. So it is good at what it does. One thing I dislike about Google Authenticator is there is only one way to import the data, which is using the new phone to scan QR codes on the old phone. But what if you want to do a fresh installation on the same phone. You have no option but to loss your data. There is no way to backup your data when you only have one phone. What I like the most about Google Authenticator is its layout. It is a well-known and perhaps the most-used authenticator app in the market. What I like the least about this software is how hard it is to sync all my tokens across multiple devices, since there is the need to firstly export all my accounts from the older device and then import them to the new one, which is not very practical and intuitive.
