The tool approach is cloud agnostic. Doesn't require you to know any jargons and jo learning curve is requird to be able to use compite emgine. These are pure Virtual machines which can be in mint condition for setting up required infrastructure for your application. specially favorable during development and initial release. As per my experience App engine is most beneficial for fast and eazy deployment. Also the scalibility part very responsive. As compare to competitors, we don't have to manage anything.
