What I like best about Google API Analytics is the quantity of useful information you've able to retrieve from this platform. Not only the volume of data, but the quality of the data you're able to review is excellent. This platform has been helpful in understanding more about user behaviors, which ultimately allowed us to make changes to things on the back end, which would drive a better user experience and increase retention rates. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** There's not a lot I really disliked about using Google API Analytics, it really is a great resource to use. Though if I had to name something I didn't like (at first) it would be the fact that I felt a little lost/confused when I initially started using this platform. While it actually is easy to use, there are a lot of areas one can navigate and features to access. It felt a little confusing at first or like I was doing things incorrectly. Though after spending a little time reviewing and actually using API Analytics, everything started to fall into place and it was quite easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering Google API Analytics:** One of the biggest recommendations I can provide about Google API Analytics would be to absolutely try it. Even if you just give it a trial run, I would say you'd easily discover just how useful and valuable this platform is for anyone with a website or application. Additionally, give yourself a little time to get used to the features and different things you can do within the platform, there's a lot of information you can get and a lot of benefits you'll gain by really using this. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the problems we were solving by using Google API Analytics was the need to capture even more information about our users and their interactions across websites/applications. Being able to review in depth reporting about user activity was extremely beneficial and it allowed us to make accurate adjustments to sites, keywords, branding, and etc. That, in my opinion is the greatest benefit, the ability to make changes necessary to increase user activity and reduce bounce rates. ### 2. If you want to drive more people to your site, you can use the API to give you tips and show you how many people are currently seeing it to collect data for improvement. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** Honestly there are just functions of API analytics that we don't use within our organization so it's unnecessary, but I'm sure that other organizations could benefit from them. There's not much to dislike though, because we end up using a lot from the data we get. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to see how updating our website with certain keywords drove more people to our site. There's a real time feature that makes it easy to see what the internet audience is seeing of your organization which has been really helpful during our rebranding process. ### 3. We are able to pinpoint what emails are most effective for donors and also optimize messaging via direct mail campaigns based on clicks from our users preferring that method. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** I would say that I would definitely like more support from Google from the aspect of explanations of how to best utilize the API features. Somethings it can be a little complicated and more support would definitely be helpful. I definitely feel we have not utilized it to the best of our abilities and our business is continually growing. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to increase our revenue by pinpointing specific traffic areas from our donor base on the website and email campaigns that we send. ### 4. This is certainly one of the highlights of the product. **What do you dislike about Google API Analytics?** The amount of work needed to really customize this in a robust manner will likely require a 3rd party vendor. **Recommendations to others considering Google API Analytics:** I think everyone should use Google Analytics. This is an indispensable instrument for web analytics. With its help, you can define your target audience, analyze the behaviors of visitors. Among other analog programs, Google Analytics is the best. To start work with it you can read their detailed knowledge materials. **What problems is Google API Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall very satisfied.
