**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | Office supprt, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

Google analytics has been really helpful with understanding wheather a campaign is successfully analysed or not. I received clear data of the demographics without having to guess the accuracy. The charts are upto the mark and very easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

The dashboard is a bit overwhelming for beginners, so a guide to navigate the tools would be a great add on.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to make guesses regarding our campaigns. The demography survey and campaign's analysis has been really accurate giving us the exact idea if they are actually successful or not. This has improved our strategic responses to those surveys and work efficiently.

  ### 2. Google Analytics: A Beautiful Analytical Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew D. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

Google Analytics is an extremely helpful tool when monitoring website analytics. You are easily able to track many different journeys that a user takes when on a website, where they go, what they do, and how long they are there. This is really helpful for organic traffic, but even more so when you are running paid advertising campaigns. You are easily able to track conversion data, such as button clicks. It is a really helpful tool and I can't imagine using anything else for analytical website tracking purposes.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

Some things can be a little difficult to figure out, such as creating reports, as there are a lot of things that mean similar things, so you have to be sure that you are choosing the correct one. There are some unfamiliar terms as well.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me track the conversion history that a user makes along with other analytical organic data that I might be looking for.

  ### 3. A valuable tool for managing projects.

Law student like me running legal blogs or research websites can easily track which topics attract more readers through this platform. It offers powerful data insights free which means zero cost which is ideal for students budget like me.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

Some of it's data term like bounce rate or session duration confuses if a person doesn't have prior technical knowledge. It is great for web analysis but it doesn't directly help with core law research or case studies.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google analytics is a valuable tool for law students like me for managing projects. It helps in understanding which topic resonate most with readers.

  ### 4. Excellent for segmenting and expanding data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Angel M. | CConsultor de Marketing y ventas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

The ability to segment and expand the data.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

It is quite slow and cumbersome. It takes too long to render the necessary data, so sometimes we choose to resort to external connectors.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to have an out-of-the-box tool for analytics that wouldn't be a burden on our servers.

  ### 5. Anchor of our data reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RJ C. | Director, Sales and Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

One of the things we appreciate most about Google Analytics is how it provides clear, actionable insights into user behavior. From tracking where your visitors come from to understanding how they interact with your content, it gives you the tools to make smarter, data-driven decisions. The ability to customize reports, monitor real-time activity, and integrate with other Google tools makes it incredibly powerful for improving both marketing strategies and overall site performance. We’re glad you're exploring its capabilities!

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

needs time and attention to properly set up.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Analytics solves the challenge of understanding how users interact with our website, which is crucial for making informed decisions. Before using it, we lacked visibility into which marketing efforts were working and where users were dropping off. Now, we can:

Track traffic sources, so we know which channels are driving results.

Identify high-performing content, helping us focus our efforts.

Spot user drop-off points, allowing us to improve the user experience and boost conversions.

Measure specific goals and events, so we can track real ROI on campaigns.

The benefit is clear: we’re no longer guessing. We're able to make data-driven decisions that directly impact our growth and user satisfaction.

  ### 6. Great Visibility Into Website Performance and Page Views

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

Seeing how popular certain pages are and whether we need to invest lots of time and energy in certain pages.

  ### 7. Google Analytics Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Paid Search Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

What I Like Best About Google Analytics:
Google Analytics provides in-depth insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and site performance—all in real time. I particularly appreciate the ability to see which marketing channels are driving the most conversions and how users navigate through the site.

Most Helpful Feature:
The Audience and Acquisition reports are extremely helpful. They show who your users are, how they found you, and what devices they use—giving you actionable data to improve targeting and user experience.

Upside to Using It:
The biggest advantage is data-driven decision-making. With GA, you can measure ROI from campaigns, identify content that engages visitors, and fix underperforming pages—ultimately increasing conversions and reducing marketing waste.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

The learning curve can be steep, especially for new users. GA4's interface feels less intuitive than Universal Analytics, and some familiar metrics have been replaced or hidden, which can make reporting more complex. Custom report setup and event tracking often require technical knowledge or developer support, which isn’t ideal for non-technical marketers.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Analytics solves the problem of not knowing how users interact with your website. It provides visibility into traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion paths, which helps identify what’s working and what’s not. This enables me to make informed decisions, improve marketing ROI, and enhance the user experience—ultimately leading to more leads and sales.

  ### 22. Meh

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

I think visually it looks great. On the surface the product feels strong. But that's it. Dig a bit deeper and you see flaws.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

It feels like it wants to fight you every step of the way once you try and dig deeper. Perhaps an issue with the overall landscape of SPA's in general. No one has a perfect solution to properly track page views and interactions. I find myself second guessing the data a lot and there never seems to be a straightforward answer for how Google keeps and discards information.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think for clients who like seeing a big name this is great. Where it falls apart is for people implementing/setting this up and figuring why x behaves a certain way. Why is user data in the custom analytics limited to just the last 30 days even though the platform has all the data and is displaying it in the premade charts? These are the things that make it painful for long term use.

  ### 23. The most intuitive analytics software I've ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey T. | Agency Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

Google Analytics has the most intuitive user interface I have ever used! I love how they categorized everything you would want to check about your website in one easy place. Also, the graphs look amazing and look great when presenting results from sending website traffic campaigns. Not to mention their phone app is super cool. I love being able to be out at a diner with a friend or a client and be able to show them how much my website or one of their websites is getting at any moment! It is a big flex to be able to do that and helps with sales.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

The only thing I dislike about Google Analytics is that sometimes it takes a little while for the data to show up in a report. For instance, if I know I just sent a promo for my website,e I will know my website got visitors from the email tracking software I use before Google Analytics has the data.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Analytics solves the problem of tracking me and my clients website visitors and usage data.

I use Google Analytics for data analysis, knowing and sorting data, and cross-platform tracking.

  ### 29. Google Analytics Is easy to use and gives you so much info

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Analytics?**

I like how Google Analytics gives me clear insight into how people are finding and using my website. It helps me see where my traffic is coming from—whether it’s Google search, social media, or other websites—and which pages are getting the most attention. That really helps me figure out what’s working and where I need to improve to get more roofing leads and stay competitive in Slidell and the surrounding areas.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics?**

It can be a little overwhelming at first, especially if you’re not familiar with all the terms and features. Some of the reports feel complicated to understand without having a background in analytics. I wish it had a simpler layout or beginner-friendly mode to help small business owners like me focus on just the key stats that matter most.

**What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Analytics helps me understand how people are finding my roofing business online and what they’re doing once they land on my site. Before, I had no idea if my website was actually working for me. Now I can see which pages are bringing in traffic, how long people are staying, and where they’re coming from. That’s helped me make smarter decisions about my marketing and focus more on what’s actually getting results — which means more potential customers and calls coming in.

Google Analytics solves the problem of not knowing who visits your website, what they do, and which marketing is effective. It helps me make smarter decisions to grow my audience and sales.
