What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics gives me insights into how users engage and interact with my websites. I love how easy Google Analytics is to navigate, and how simple they make it to view critical information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

Google Analytics could use a specific support line so if there is an issue there is a direct support line to contact. Also Google analytics cant rtrack device ID's. If GA could track device ID's it would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Google Analytics:

Always use Google Analytics with any website you monitor. It will provide more information than you expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving how customers get to our sites and and how they interact with the different pages of our sites. We are able to determine things like repeat rate and purchase intentions based of historical acquisition and behavioral data. We are able to determine conversion paths and also view ecommerce transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
