What do you like best about Google Analytics?

I think visually it looks great. On the surface the product feels strong. But that's it. Dig a bit deeper and you see flaws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

It feels like it wants to fight you every step of the way once you try and dig deeper. Perhaps an issue with the overall landscape of SPA's in general. No one has a perfect solution to properly track page views and interactions. I find myself second guessing the data a lot and there never seems to be a straightforward answer for how Google keeps and discards information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think for clients who like seeing a big name this is great. Where it falls apart is for people implementing/setting this up and figuring why x behaves a certain way. Why is user data in the custom analytics limited to just the last 30 days even though the platform has all the data and is displaying it in the premade charts?
